This Privacy Policy explains how Les Promotions Mondiales Inc. dba Rank Media Agency (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information of the users of Company’s Service. Words capitalized in this Privacy Policy have the same definition as provided in the Terms of Service. Company helps connect consumers with third-party Providers, such as insurance companies and agents. By submitting a Request Form for an insurance quote or comparison, or contacting us, you expressly authorize us to share your information with third parties, including Providers, who may contact or communicate with you about your request or to obtain further information. This Privacy Policy only applies to the Services and not to websites, applications, platforms, or services of third parties, such as third-party Providers. Each third party will have its own data collection and usage practices, and Company is not responsible for any third-party practices or content.

2. What types of information are collected?

8. How long do we keep your information?

We will retain your information for the length of time necessary to fulfill the Business Purposes and Commercial Purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law or a valid court order. If you request deletion of your information, your request will be processed according to the timeframes indicated therein and/or pursuant to any applicable legislation.

9. Is your information transferred to a different country?

Your connection will be through and to servers located in the United States and Canada, and all information you provide will be processed and maintained in our web servers and internal systems located within the United States and Canada. By using the Service, you authorize and specifically consent to the transfer of personal information to the United States and Canada and its storage and use as specified herein.

10. What are your rights when it comes to accessing, correcting, or deleting your information, and how can you exercise them?

11. How do we protect the privacy of children?

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. We will never knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be deleted from our database. Because we do not collect such information, we have no such information to use or to disclose to third parties. We have designed this policy in order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

12. How can you opt-out from marketing communications?

By submitting a Request Form or contacting us, you also consent to receiving insurance quote reminders and marketing communications, such as special promotions. Providing consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by emailing the Company at info@rankmediaagency.com, by submitting an online request to the Company at https://healthquoteinfo.com/do-not-sell/, or by calling the Company at 1-800-915-7990. If you unsubscribe, we may still send you any non-promotional communications, such as updates to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

13. Do we respond to Do Not Track (DNT) Signals?

DNT is a feature offered by some browsers which, when enabled, sends a signal to websites to request that your browsing is not tracked.  Company does not currently respond to DNT requests.

14. How will you know when we change this Privacy Policy?

Each time you use the Service, the then-current version of this Privacy Policy will apply. Although most changes are likely to be minor, we reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy by posting such modification on the Service. Unless we receive your express consent, any revised Privacy Policy will apply only to information collected after the effective date of such revised Privacy Policy and not to information collected under any earlier version.
